The purpose of the Harris County Constable Precinct 7 "Are You Okay?" senior program is to enhance the quality of life for senior citizens and to ensure their well-being and safety. The program offers thorough regular check-ins, meaningful companionship, and connections to essential local resources. This is a FREE program for those 65 years of age and up.
The Harris County Constable Precinct 7 Domestic Violence Program offers assistance to victims of domestic abuse by responding to their emotional and physical needs and by providing them with safety and security. The Precinct 7 Criminal Investigations Division investigates all Domestic Violence crimes.
Ministers Supporting Precinct 7 (MSP7) are the eyes and ears of the community. As a group, they assist in identifying and reporting problems and nuisances in the community. They also suggest solutions to the Constable related to community problems.
Area college students and high school juniors and seniors experience what it is like to serve the public within a professional environment while working as an intern in the Precinct 7 Student Internship Program.The program is an unpaid learning opportunity for high school students or students registered in a college credit-generating course. The Precinct 7 Internship program requires a full completed application, interview, and background check. Interns will be accepted from various academic programs, but most commonly, we accommodate students who have an interest in the criminal justice field.
In an effort to help reduce crime in the community and in our neighborhoods, Harris County Precinct 7 has implemented the “See Something, Say Something” initiative. The Training Division at Harris County Constable Precinct 7 is committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality training that ensures all sworn personnel and staff meet and exceed the standards set forth by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE). Focused on professional development, legal compliance, and operational readiness, the division delivers ongoing education in areas such as use of force, ethics, de-escalation, and community engagement. Through a combination of classroom instruction, scenario-based training, and online modules, the division supports the agency’s mission to serve with integrity while promoting officer safety, public trust, and accountability.
The Harris County Precinct 7 Crime Victims Services Unit is dedicated to helping victims and/or family members affected by crime or tragic circumstances regain power and control over their lives. We assist those in need by helping them obtain immediate financial and emotional support, crisis intervention, guidance, emergency assistance, and referrals to community resources for continued help.
